It's a experimentel model indeed . According to NZ L1A1 Collector there is the possibility that it is made to certain Commonwealth specifications for making a lighter rifle . Maybe he can chime in on that .
The rifle consist out of standard parts expect the receiver . It is not a altered receiver but made out of a blank .
