A very technical ZH editorial on what QE2 might do to the USA

http://www.zerohedge.com/article/why...-stage-monetar

Regarding the treasury going through quantitative easing #2 and the damage that will be done to our country.

Pretty much what Karl has been saying since BB pulled out the QE bazooka -the problem is Ben is backed into a corner - deflation kills his clients, unlimited QE kills the country! ... hmm decisions decisions.

The article seems to be saying that you better be ready to dump the stocks and bonds pretty quick...

"stocks will benefit from QE2, as will Bonds and as will commodities. In fact, every asset class will explode in a supernova of endless liquidity. To be sure, all of this will be very short lived. Very soon, all those assets denominated in fiat paper, will promptly collapse in the great black hole of reserve currency devaluation"

My IRA/401k is mostly in bonds at the moment but I've been thinking about moving some of it into a commodities fund of some sort. Or maybe I should just buy more gold...
