Blade Tech
I recently purchased an ar 15 mag holder from Brownell's that Blade Tech manufactures and somehow lost the shim that you adjust for different belt widths. I contacted their tech support and they're sending me two new ones. While this is a small, inexpensive item, many companies want to charge you for everything. Two thumbs up for Blade Tech!!

RCBS operates the same way. Can't tell you how many free parts they sent me over the years - never asked me for a credit card number.

How true, I've had the same results with RCBS as well. I will continue to support these companies whenever I can.
