Can somebody tell me about the FN 45 ammo?
I picked up a box of FN .45 ammo just because I've never seen this ammo before. A quick search turned up info on the ammo in the cardboard box but not in the plastic blister pack. What's the history of the ammo?

I think that package dates from the 1970s or so.. That ammo is Berdan/Noncorrosive and may be a lot better for shooting than some of FNs 1950s era .45 that is ripe with duds!

That is cool as hell. I've fired lots of the .32 and 9mm that was packed the same way (except in quantities of 25 rounds) but never seen that .45. I want some.

I have about 5500 rounds of the 50's ammo with dead primers. I have pulled about 85% of it and one of these days may get around to replacing the primers and reloading it.
