Anyone know/have contact info for troubleticket?

Trying to make contact with member troubleticket, have sent PM's which he has read but not answered.

He bought two barrels from me that he was not satisfied with so I sent him a refund in full. It has now been 3 weeks since the money cleared the bank and he has not returned the barrels or responded to my attempts to contact him.

I guess if he puts a couple of barrels up on MP, you will know where they went!

If a seller does the refund thing,is it generally the seller that refunds first, then the buyer sends back the unsatifactory product,or vice-versa? I would think the seller should get the product back first,inspect to make sure its the same thing he shipped,then issue the refund.

Buyer returns item. Seller inspects then refunds.
