Any smiths still shortening DR-200s to 16" barrels

I know that Moses used to offer a service to cut, crown, and thread a DR-200 barrel from "20 to "16. I have a DR-200 and wouldn't mind turning it into a carbine at this point that uses AR muzzle devices. Anyone else who could do this on the Files?

Thanks

I'd give John Thomas at Retro Arms Works a call... He's shortened a AR-180B for BigRix at AR180S.com and he made me a barrel for my SAR-80 kit... His work is excellent and turn around times are very fast... Here is a link to Johns web site...

How much did your SAR-80 barrel cost?
