I've got a standard US milspec M16 sling on a metric frankenfal and a surplus British sling on my L1.
Both are solid and reliable and can be had for cheap money from any of the usual outlets - cheaper than dirt, sportsmans guide, etc, etc. Both were brand new in the military packaging, I think I only paid like 4 bucks for the Brit sling........................the shipping was more....LOL |

Rooster's tactical slings are the shizzle. And he designed them with a fal in mind. Plus you'd be supporting a board member which never hurts. I like that it is a 3 point but I can also use it as a normal sling if I choose. And the quick detach ability could be useful in certain situations.
