GLOCK STOCKS

So I'm screwing around on the net and come across these Glock Stocks,Used ( invented?) in Israel. It pulgs into the butt,(OW!), and has a cheek rest.Question,(no ifs, ands,or butts...),are these things legal,or do I have to pay for it being a "stocked" handgun?
If any of you have used one of these things, please share the experience, they look like a cool idea...maybe on a longslide 9mm or .40? Could be useful on the 10mm...

Your Glock becomes a short-barreled rifle with that stock installed.

$200 tax and papers; or 10 years of butt stretchin'
