HR 739, The SAFE Act

Another commie bill has been introduced into the Obama wacky world of Insanity. HR 739.
I just read the text of it.

Basically, if a woman claims to have been the victim of domestic violence at ANY time ever in her life, and certifies so by simply siging an affadavit to that effect and files it with the employer,
YOU CAN NEVER FIRE HER EVER FOR ANY REASON.
No actual police reports or proof is necessary, just her signature on the affadavit.
It does not have anything to do with having been harrassed at work either.

Now this is called "the safe act" for it now protects a woman for life from the effects of her abusers by making sure that whatever employer she works for cannot ruin her life by firing her and wrecking her economic future.

It also states that men cause women to loose 426 billion dollars a year in lost productivity because they are beaten so regularly and abused and raped nearly everyday.

The employer must also grant her time off to visit mental health counselors and even to move out of town if necessary. The bill does not state that the employer must pay her full time wages for this madness at this time, but I suspect it is so.

Again, it is called "the safe act"..... for a woman has a right to be paid for the whole duration of her career/life because she is a woman and was the victim of an abuser at some time in her life and the employer she selects has to pay
So the woman gets to go job shopping and get hired by the Feds or say IBM, whomever she chooses, and then drops the "bomb" affadavit, and gets a free ride for the next 35 years.

This is true, I cannot make this shit up it is so crazy.

Sounds like a good way to make sure fewer women get hired. If you owned a business would you hire a woman knowing something like this could happen?

How about a link instead of editorializing and does this bill have any co-sponsors or is it just more posturing by some lonewolf in the house?
Most of these bills go no-where..not that we should not take action..I think that the constituents of these reps should 'fire' their reps come election time for this kind of junk legislation..unfortunetly that more than likely wont happen as people are more interested in porn, fastfood, sports and dope

I would not be so sure that this bill will not pass.

After virtually nationalizing the banks and the car industy, this is the correct time to change things so you can never fire a woman for any reason. It is like marriage used to be.

That it is pure commie socialistic madness is unquestioned. Blaming men for "MAN ACTS" instead of calling it terrorism and changing all employment rules is almost total socialism and exactly wha tthey want.

I must add that in most government jobs today, the only way you know that an office produces any work product is when they hire consultant experts to do the job while the women shop or are out sick. The TSA has such trouble with female absenteeism that they have to outsource to get baggage inspectors to cover shifts.

NYS has a law that you cannot talk on a cell phone or text while driving.
Many tickets have been written and the majority, 90%, to Women. The women are all now claiming that this law is discriminatory, for it is clearly aimed at women.

It is ok for women to kill 10-20 thousand other motorists a year from driver innattention, while on the cell phone, but not one because of a gun death. Get the picture?
The NHTSA states that 80% of all auto accidents are caused by driver innattention.

We will see many such laws as the SAFE ACT proposed to not only erase the so called goal of "equality" between the sexes, but to virtually legislate a superior matriarchal society of the chemically insane "nester" mentality. The whole idea behind communism and socialism is to prevent capitalist men from taking advantage of women in shoe factories, and to destroy excellence in anything or any field that men excell at, such as inventing anything.
The women intend to stop the social darwinism of "rule by the superior" and most talented, by legislating communism.
Obama is quite happy to oblige.

It used to be that menopause shut down the conflicts, but with the virtual total ingestion of estrogen replacements in all women over 40, to death, we are being beseiged by chemical insanity.

Unfortunately such a communistic outcome that leaves national defense to the menstrual cycle will doubtless have a tragically "biblical" outcome as the third world rolls over this society of "women".
As a funny historical aside, the Delaware Indians of the mid 1750's were derided and called a "tribe of women" by the Mohawks, because of their weaknesses and were ultimately about wiped out.

The muslims have the same solution planned for our kotex country.

Maybe my operator headspace is off, but I didn't see anything in the bill in regards to proof (or lack thereof) required for a female to envoke this act. What section is it in?

Women use white lies all the time and if one **** does it, they all will do it, to get permanent job security.
