Sand cut METRIC bolt, how rare?

I just came into a metric bolt (not bolt carrier) that has the sand cuts just like an inch bolt does. I am absolutely certain it is metric, it has a one-piece firing pin. The sand cut on the top of the bolt is wider and shorter than the sand cut on an inch bolt as well. It is RA pencil marked as well as "scrubbed" of origin marks.

Anyone else have one similar?

Hello I have had and have numerous S/C Metric B/C sets but none of the bolts have had the sand cut on the top.Only the sides of the carrier were cut. All of the ones I have seen were matching # Belgian made.I would like to see a pic as well. Thanks EX1

bottom view. The bolt on the L is an inch bolt included for comparison. What you cannot see in the pic is the electro-penciled RA2109 number in the midst of the rust spotting
