I ordered some stuff in November. I waited until January to call and check on my stuff. I was told oops we are missing one digit of your cc number and we are out of what you ordered. They had something that they could subsitute and I said ok. Still nothing. I just got my cc statement and was billed February second. I called them. I was told the items were in shipping. They hadn't left DSA yet. How long does something spend in shipping? I would think once it made it to shipping it would be put in a box and shipped. Why bill me a month before you ship the product?

Under the Federal Mail Order laws, they must ship within 30 days of billing your card. FTC oversees that. Ron

I couldn't find the order info so I called DSA. They were able to provide me a tracking number and it is scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
