J&G sales has bulgarian wind up 75 rders, which means you can leave them loaded up. A bit pricey but in line with chinese winders.

Pretty nice looking. Even has the circle 10 stamp.
Not far off what people are selling the Chinese ones for, and it's something different. Says they are new production.

The Bulgy Drums are so close I'd be surprised if the Chi's hadn't
figured out how to 'backdoor' their drums. They are 100% identical.
