CZ SCOUT .22
I got a CZ 452ZKM SCOUT youth rifle that the safety is a bitch to turn off and on. Its bareable for grown ups but the crumb snatchers are waving the muzzle when operating it. When I bought it They said itll loosen up with use, It sounded good to me, At the time I didnt have a problem with them. That was several years ago, And it aint happened yet. Any having this problem out of theirs? Think I could stone the lever or should I leave this to a smith?

I have an American CZ, and a FS model. Both safties are very easy to operate, but positive. How old are the crumb snatchers? I have never studied on how the safety works. If it is a detent and coil spring, maybe a coil or two can be cut off. But first I would check that the safety pivots freely on the pin, and it is not bent.
