FAL Barrel Installation in MD

Hello all, was just wondering if there is anyone in the Maryland (Howard County) area that has an FAL reciever wrench I could rent (beer, money, etc.) to install my barrel? Yeah I know, it's only ~$50, but it seems silly to buy something for just one (maybe two
