Help ID Bipod

I got a HB bipod at an estate sale & I need some help with info on it. Due to me being new to this board I cannot post attachments. I have good pictures of it and the attachment. I will send them to you if you will send a pm with your email address. Thanks in advance for any help.

Thank you all for your help. I was wondering if any of you know what the clamp might be for. One local longtime FAL guy I talked to at the gunshow thought it might be a SAS item as it has the profile for the gasblock and it isn't necessary to attach the bipod to a standard HB FAL. He was thinking it might be a quick attach/detach clamp for the bipod so it could be carried separately.
Any thoughts?
