Stg58 mint straight from factory

Hey there guys...

I'm so proud of my latest purchases but the one that really sticks out is my new Stg58 which I picked up two days ago. It's in *mint* condition. It came out of a lot of 20 Stg58's which were still in Austrian army-stocks. My dealer bought them but they were stolen during a massive burglary four years ago. They caught the culprits and some of the Stg's had been just 'thrown there' and received dings and scratches in the receiver, stock, handle... the court released these firearms again to the lawful owner. My Stg58 has been used in a hold-up by those gangsters, but it was one of the ones that remained mint. It has never fired a shot before. The bore is shining like a mirror.

The great thing is though, the lot of recovered Stg58's were sent by the dealer to FN Herstal, and FN neatly refurbished the entire lot, even the ones which were not damaged.

I'm taking it out to the range this afternoon, to check it's semi- and full automatic capabilities. I'm sure it'll function perfectly. It's the nicest looking weapon in my collection and I have a whole bunch!

Lucky dude. Don't forget your camera, as we all would like to see it and how it shoots. If you can't host the pictures, I would be happy too.

Pictures will come... I tested the rifle and it functions perfectly. I love it. Now I'll never shoot it again. I want to keep it mint mint mint!

Um, I'm confused, how'd you get new, select fire STG-58's? Are you not in America?

No, I'm based in Europe and I have the appropriate paperwork for these and similar firearms.
