Choate Machine & Tool

On the first of the month, I wrote an e-mail to this company:

http://www.riflestock.com/

looking for a replacement part. Monday, the 5th,Fred Choate replied
with"send us your address, and we'll mail you one."
Tuesday, I received an e-mail stating it was shipping today.
Friday, I received not one, but two of the parts I inquired about.

To me, this shows a customer service and backing up of a product
above and beyond anything I have ever purchased. I wrote them
asking for a product to buy, and was given more than expected,
and not even charged shipping and handling.

If you make a purchase from this company, do so with confidence.
They back up their products.
