I got a new Enfield mag and a VG Bren mag for cheap. The Bren is heavily covered in cosmoline, but has light surface wear and no dents or dings. If anyone can tell me why I bought it, please let me know. What can you do with one. I do have a boat.........
Anyhow, it was really cheap. Like 5-6 bucks if anyone has something to stick them in. |

Buying mags for firearms you DON'T have proves you are now in Stage Five, terminal gunitis.

Stage 6 is reached when you will not let the fire department enter your buring home!
Stage 7 can be noted by entering the average gun store and commenting to yourself that you have more $hit than this at home Stage 8 happens when you go looking for something that you know you have but have not seen in the last couple of years. During your search you find stuff way more neater than you would see at any gunshow Stage 9, well howabout the extra DSA receiver that fell on your foot when you opened the safe. Where did that come from??

make sense to me.
I've had to sell guns from time to time to finance other projects, but I saved the ammo and the mags. they are good barter and someday, I may get my hands on another rifle . . .

I have to admit I'm guilty too but I did fix the problem.. I bought a bunch of G3 mags when Tapco had the 50 mags for 50 bucks deal. A couple months later I got a G3 to go with all those mags...

Yeah, I bought a case of those, too. Never got around to the G3. I give them to a buddy every Christmas...I think he was paying $35/ea and about shit a brick when I gave him the first batch. Tapco did have another batch a couple months ago...I just couldn't do it again, but might.

I like to have died reading about stage 6,7,8,9. I think stage 10 is when you start paying way too much for one of those guns that you have three of already only because Its so nice. I sure have a couple of lousey condition guns. Probably Century good condition. But they all shoot (I think). What fell on my foot? DAMM an MG13 mag? what's that fit?
