Anyone have a FN SLP?

Anyone here have a FN SLP (self loading police) shotgun. I'm looking for a decent online price, as well as comments on what luck you might have had with yours.

I've had one for several months now. Very nice. Just feels like quality. Nothing cheap about this gun. And that is reinforced by "Made in Belgium" on the side. I've got the shorter barreled model 6+1.

Mine is 100% so far except with one ounce type loads. Even with the light piston installed, they don't eject more than 50% of the time. This gun likes the heavier loads. Once you put the heavy piston in and move up to full power buckshot, it's darn amazing. I fired some 3 inch Magnum 00 Buck and it hurt my wallet more than my shoulder.

CDNN has them brand new on close-out. They have the 22" barrel with 8+1 as well. That one is probably better for competition.

I just downloaded the newest CDNN catalog yesterday so I brought it up to check. The shorter model is $766 and then longer one is $755.
