Rattail rivet/pin
Well, the old CAI R1A1 is full of surprises still. I swapped out my selector and CH as I had some parts lying around and needed to fix what CAI couldn't (wouldn't?).
Put it all back together and was trying out the CH and checking for hammer follow when tha bolt locked up. Took it apart again and the rattail pin was gone. What's the fix for this? Low carbon or hardened steel? If hardened, how to set the pin? Mybe soft n the ends and hard in the middle?
