FSE- and Harold Shinn are tops (moved to Reviews)

I just got home and had a package from Harold. He had sent me hammers to replace all of mine, including the inch ones.
Since May, I have capped close to 3000 rounds in my FALs and most were thru my FSE equipped rifles. During this time I had zero problems (except with other H,T,S sets), but he said he would be good for replacement and he was. AND, he did not use snail mail, he sent it 2nd day. Not only has the man admitted he is human, he went beyond expectations to correct this (at his own cost). I will replace all of these, knowing they were put out by another company who cares.
Thank you Harold, you have another customer for life.

Harold is as good as they come. I sent in a check to cover shipping and a little extra to offset the loss he's taking along with the copy of my receipt. He sent the check back with the new hammer. I will buy whatever I can from him in the future.

This is one standup guy that deserves our business.

I whole heartedly second these endorsements. I broke an inch hammer at the range recently and contacted Harold. He has since replaced both my inch and metric hammers for me. Thanks Harold, for a great product and superb customer service!
