RPB service

A couple of weeks ago I placed an order with RPB for some Fal stocks. To make a long story short, I was sent the wrong items by mistake. No problem, called RPB and let them know. Russell was very nice about the whole thing and even sent the correct items out before I returned what was sent. I was really surprised when I got them the next day! A few days later I was opening the mail and noticed that there was an envelope from RPB. What I thought was another sale flyer turned out to be a personal letter of apology for the mix up. Definitely impressed me. Does RPB rock or what? I have added them to my personal "preferred parts vendor list" list along with the other greats from this board such as VOW, FWRA, Gunthings, Dan's, Penguin SA, TAPCO and more.

i haven't ordered anything from em for a few years. Doesn't appear anythings changed.

Over a year ago, I ordered some FSE parts from RPB, back when they first started carrying the parts. They back ordered my base and follower, and siad they would ship when they got more in stock (Iwas just thrilled to get the INCH parts--rare at the time!)

To make a loong story short, the parts never arrived. I finally found the receipt a few months ago, and called to inquire. They could not find my receipt, but told me they would look into it and "call me back". I really didn't expect a return phone call over a $6.50 part, but call they did. They offered to send one out ASAP, but I declined and they credited my account. Even though they could not find a copy of the BO, the credited my account...I think. i have not ordered from them yet, but plan to in the near future. We'll see if it still stands. Thanks RPB!!

Just got a few parts from them this week. Nothing spectacular to report other than excellent service and great products.

I ordered a metric parts set from them (by snail mail) on October 31 and received it yesterday with the improved FSE hammer. I will order from them again.

I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure. To be sure of hitting the target, shoot first and call whatever you hit the target. Someone asked if I was a procrastinator and I told them I wasn't sure but I'd get back with them tomorrow.
