Paki ammo accuracy, or not

Well, I got some of this stuff cheap. First ordered 80 rnds to test, and it seemed ok, but I tested it on a really cold day. I wasn't doing my part. I thought it was ok stuff, so I ordered 500 rnds.

I went shooting today, and I though that my scope wasn't holding zero. Switched to some SA, and did better. Shot some more paki stuff, and was confused once again. Shot some Q3030, and was spot on at 100 yds. Shot some more paki stuff, and I was shooting groups of 4 to 5" at 100 yds.

For you people that have shot this stuff. Is this the norm?
