Question muzzle device timing

I'm installing a new DSA Belgian style combo device. Hand tight, the bayo lug notch only goes to about 1 o'clock. It's supposed to be at 6 o'clock. I don't think that torquing it down will get it timed all the way. Is there some kind of washer that I could insert in there to make it time propperly? Is there a way to non-permenantly attach it other than just torquing it to the correct possition? Thanks for any ideas you might have?

Both Gunthings and Gunpartsguy have timing washers for flashhiders in various thickness. Suggest calling or email them, both good people to deal with. Smart too.
