ran out of day light, my new build is working fine on S.A., this rifle is hitting at 5 on the clock{ low and to the right } at 30-40 yards, help me with adjustments,
front screw up or down, screw on the right side out or in / lever is pushed forward / right or wrong ?

The group will move in the same direction as any change to the rear-sight - ie move the rear-sight more left, grouping will move left; rear sight up, grouping will move higher.

Changes to the front sight results in the opposite happening - screw it down and the grouping will move up, etc.

Another way to think of it is the old army way - always move your front-sight into the error.

Edit: I just noticed you're referring to a SUIT, sorry - turn the front-screw clockwise to move the grouping left - to raise the group, move the other screw away from the D (lever backwards, IOW).

Dunno what ammo you're using but the rule of thumb is if a 7.62 rifle is sighted-in at 25 yards, it's also dead-on at 300
