STG-58 rear sight problems

I have an STG-58 on an Imbel receiver. It shoots great but I have to set the rear sight on 500 meters to get it to shoot POA at 100 yards. What can I do? Any other sights I can buy?

I also have a DSA mount, but need some suggestions for some rings to clear the rear sight. I have an ATN scope, that uses 30mm rings.

Feel free to e-mail me with suggestions.

Do you mind if I e-mail you a picture?
I have no idea about the ears, but the front sight is down as far as it will go.

Geez, I can't remember. If I have it at the 500 setting, and it's shooting poa now, I guess I was low before.

I'll shoot some pics, and mail them to you tommorow.
Thanks
