Search engine problems

Did a search for my user name and the newest post I got was a year ago. I tried seversl different settings.

Is there a problem or am I just an idiot?

Search came up fine for me.. showing posts thru today, including this one. Verify your search settings, check the dates it's looking for, etc. Did you search for something other than just your username? If so, please let me know and I will see if it works for me also.

Well, I just did another search using my user name and it only found 11 post for this year. I know I have had WAY more than that.

Search parameters.

search by user nmae
a year ago and older
search all forums
search entrie post

What am I doin wrong?
