Question Correct style locking lever for Belgian 50.63?

Anyone know, horizontal or vertical? Thanks in advance for any info-

The commercial LAR 50.63s all use the horizontal lever. All the pics I have seen of the military contract rifles show them with the horizontal as well.
Wide tab BHO on the LARs also.

I was thinking wide foot BHOs too but wasn't sure about the locking lever. I'm trying to gather parts now for as authentic as possible 50.63 on a DSA T2. What about carry handle, would it have one or not? And folding charging handle, right? Thanks for the reply J-

Folding CH, wide BHO, horizontal latch lever, "Holland" rear sight, no carry handle or cut. LARs all had bipod cut barrels and HGs - military 63s had both bc and non bc barrels, but I think they mostly had bc cut HGs. Standard combo device out front. Type b or c gas regulators.
BTW, there were two barrel lengths, IIRC. I don't have the exact specs in front of me,but if nobody chimes in with them, I'll look them up for you tomorrow. Probably in the Reference section, I'll bet

Thanks J, you've been most informative. Believe I've got it covered as well as I can now except for the Holland back sight. DSA told me that they dropped them.

50.63 bbl. length is either 18.03" (458mm), or 17.16 (436mm).

50.61 bbl. is 20.98", (533mm).

Shamefully stolen from the FAL Bible, pg. 306.
