Hensoldt Fero Z24

All,

Does anyone know where I can get an English copy of the Hensodlt Fero Z24 scope?

Not knowing tht much about scopes, it looks to have windage and distance compensators built into the adjustment knobs in addition to the regular adjustment knobs for zeroing the sight?
