Bayonet for G1
I need help getting a proper bayonet / sheath for a G1.

I am far from being an expert.....but with that being said, the info I have is that the only country that issued bayos for the G-1 was Turkey and they put them together from whatever thay had available. Just welded a fitting on......say an enfield bayo and put it with the G-1.
Hopefully, the real experts will be by shortly and confirm the above or tell me to go pound sand........oh well

Watch ebay, I got 2 there for under $25 a piece.

The one I have, and all the ones I have seen pictures of, were made from scratch entirely out of steel. Don't know who made them. There may exist some bayos converted from other rifle bayos. But I'm not a serious bayo collector and can't tell you for sure.
