Aimpoint on an FAL, any pics please?

I hope to be an FAL owner again this weekend. It's a gear logo Imbel on an Imbel kit.

As soon as I can get a mount (DSA or ARMS?) I'd like to install my Aimpoint M2 on it.

Anyone else using an Aimpoint on their FAL?

How about some pics of your set up, mount & rings etc.

I've already got the Aimpoint quick release ring that I'm using on the gooseneck mount with my shorty AR15. However, I'm thinking it will be too high for use with the FAL.

Whish me luck,

I have a aimpoint on my fal and it works perfectly with the quick disconnect mount. I can send you some pics if you want.

Hey EMS !

I ain't got the Aimpoint on mine, but a Hakko TAC-1 ( which is a close copy of the Aimpoint ). Mine sits on an ARMS mount 22M68 , a little tight as it is new, but the whole combination works pretty well.

The ARMS is a quick release mount, and I've also got a 3-9x40mm riflescope in Leupold QR rings in case some " distance work " is called for .
