DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO MODIFY A FOLDING CHARGING HANDLE TO FIT A METRIC RECEIVER?

You need to "thin" the sliding rails height, and maybe the width, depending on the receiver. And the flipper handle needs to be notched to fit over the front edge of the receiver.
Although I did my own, GPG has them already modified.

Try the rail in the receiver you plan to use it in before you start grinding. Some times they need to be ground and some times not. There were a couple threads with pictures of modified cocking pieces in the last year or so. You might want to do a search on this forum.
