Counter-boring...need help

I have 2 Hungarian M44's that need counter boring. They are key-holing at 25 yds. Any smiths on the board that can do this? Let me know what you can do and how much. I don't have a problem spending a little to get these back into action, but I only paid $32 for 'em .

Thanks,

krf
