what country this lower is from and how much is worth?

Hello: I have some selling this lower receivers, but they could not
tell me what country is from... price: $40.00
these is the description: stripped lower receiver with the recoil tube install.
brand new. the particular part of it is that has a locking pin plate installed
inside the receiver and it does not come off... I think is riveted to the frame.
so can some one tell me the heads on this one? I think they told me that is
a inch configuration. but can be built to metric configuration???
on the fire selector it has an "R" and a "A" if I remember correctly..

note: also this person has the dial up version rear sights like a disk with different
holes sizes... I don't know what country.... they told me 120 dollars..
they look darn pretty good to me as far is the condition..like 90 %.

Sound like a Inch pattern lower,The trigger and hammer pin retaining plate is indded riveted to the inside of the lower.

As sar as the sights possibly Canadian C1 rotary sight.

$40 for a new lower sounds about right

SLR-5000 has nice used Australian lowers for $28 I think. Last few days someone had one of those rear sights posted for sale for $85 I think. But having them in hand and no shipping is nice too. The lower requires Inch specific internal parts and furniture. It will physically attach to and work with a metric upper as a complete assembly.
