Is ARGENTINA 7.62 x 51mm 146 GRAIN FMJ BALL 80's Production any good??

Anyone that has fired a few hundred rounds of this, please tell me if you've seen ANY inconstancies or problems.

I was thinking about ordering a 1000 round case in 20 round boxes (not bulk). I tried to find some Australian but it appears to be gone (smacking self in head for not ordering it 6 months ago). BTW, The Australian .308 listed at AmmunitionStore is this same Argentinian ammo. After searching last night for an hour, this 80's Argentinian appears to be the best deal going.

Should I jump on this or is there any other FMJ ammo in the $150-230 per 1000 range that I should consider?

Look here for my review of the sleeved Argy ammo. The boxed ammo is the same stuff only stored better.

Good stuff. I have shot through 800 rounds and not had a single malf attributable to the ammo.

Argie ammo is good stuff.

I have obtained it two different times about 3 years apart and it was great both times.

I got several K the last time and have fired it in matchs I like it so much.

It is the second most accurate ammo I have, with Port being slightly better.
