went huntin this evening
well, i went to a guys pond the game warden put me on to, to do damage control on beavers and muskrats.
i can also hunt anything else in season as well. i got 1 magpie, 1 muskrat, and 1 female mallard. it was towards dark i got the magpie and muskrat, so here's just one of the mallard. life is good.. going back in the am,, (this is my 2 days off, gotta go back to work sat/sun/mon..)then off for 6 days for deer season. |

yeah ! my first taxidermy bill for the year...
i have been wanting a wood duck for quite some time, and i got one.. (well, 2 the female is behind the male). beautiful bird i must say... |

There's a reason that the Wood Duck is the most beautiful North American species. Awesome coloration. Wait to go there Splat. I'd be sending that one of to the taxidermist as well.
