HELP: where to drill for mag release cross pin???

I have a trigger guard that I want to install but it has no hold for the magazine release lever cross pin!
Anyone know exactly how to measure the correct place to drill it out so that it functions properly?

Or, anyone jnow where to get one with the hold already drilled?
With the mag release assembly already installed???

The trigger guard is on the lower receiver... and the magazine release is in the upper receiver. The two have NOTHING to do with each other.

The AKFiles is doing fine. Because of the shortage of FAL kits, a lot of people have turned to building an AK or two. It's kind of like methadone for a heroin addict. I'm sure that if more FAL kits turn up, there will be more FAL action and less talk about AKs but for now it's all we have. No sense in fighting it.

It could be worse, we could be talking about ARs.
