para bolt carrier/ dust cover

Does the para bolt carrier/ dust cover require one particular reciever type? Or should it fit on type I, II, and III. The nipple formed ot the front of the dust cover to retain the carrier will not fit within the recess of a CAI reciever, type III. Someone please elucidate me

The Para Dust Cover -- All receivers must be machined/milled for this to fit.
Receiver type & make e.g. I,II,III

Most Smiths charge approx. $50 + shipping

DSA sells a para-cover and scope cover that do not require milling the receiver.
