Tolerance: How much gas piston run out is OK

Guys just a curiousity question.I have several gas pistons ( metric) from different manufactors. Foriegn and domestic. While rolling them on a table and looking at the end that makes contact with the bolt carrier you can see a slight run out on about 3 out of the seven I have. Some seem perfectly straight . Whats to be expected and how much runout is OK. I guess if when placed in a rifle and the rifles functions fine that answers the question. One of them " Had to Ask Deals " . Thanks WarDawg

I think as long as they don't bind in the gas tube and receiver I would give them a try.

I was going to say the same thing from my experience...Dick at DSA told me that almost ALL pistons have SOME bend in them. If they don't bind in the tube or receiver though, it's not an issue-
