Laser Boresighter? (any good reccomendations)
i want to get a fairly decent laser bore sighter. i have 3 guns and they all have a different caliber (FAL, SAR1, Mosin Nagant)
i saw this boresighter http://store.yahoo.com/cdnn/newcenlasbor.html my brother says his father-in-law has one like that and it works well with hunting rifles (since the scope is close to the barrel) but he tried it with his FAL and it didn't work to well. can anybody reccomend a decent one without making me broke? i'd like to stay around $60 or lower if possible P.S. yea, i like the aimshot style boresights but they're expensive to begin with then i have to buy extra arbors.. here are some links to other onces that i found online. can anybody give me a YAY or NAY for any of these? http://store.yahoo.com/cdnn/newcenlasbor.html http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ctd/...KPQKJEMGEVC1AM2 http://www.sportsmansguide.com/cb/cb.asp?a=70803 (i think this might be the same one thats at cheaperthandirt.com) PS. leupold has a non-laser boresighter (below) which i do like, but i have a slant break on my SAR-1 and it probably wouldn't work too well. has anybody used this? is the magnet on it pretty strong? Thanks |

I have the one like the sportsman guide one. I got it at www.natchezss.com for $45-49. It works well, got me on paper everytime. I doesn't work with long muzzle brakes though. It's not long enough to reach the barrel. I've used it on everything from a 44mag to a 22.
try this: http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm...rodID=DY200008
