Type 2 converted to 1.5?

Anybody done this? If you can get the same radius it should be fairly easy to do with a mill right? Have a type 2 DSA that is used and waiting at my dealer for Rhodie build. Would love to have a type 1.5. Maybe an afternoon with the dremel?

I would imagine finding an off the shelf end mill bit that matches perfectly would be difficult but you should be able to find something close enough. Should be about 15 minutes of work on the mill itself.

If you really want a Type 1.5, I can understand, but Type 2 recievers were used in Rhodesia. Check posts 49 and 55 in this thread:
