I am definitely in for the bolt gun shoot. I didn't notice, scope or not? I have both, but I like iron.
And question, does anyone have any brass or ammo for a 6.5 Jap? I'm cleaning one, needs a lot of TLC but it's getting ready to fire.

I'll take a look to see if I ever grabbed any 6.5 Jap for my type I Boyle, if I did, I'll bring it along. Should have the .45-100 ready to fire its first batch of loads too.

Not sure I've got the arms to do the .50 for this one lol

For me, April 13-14 is out. Otherwise I do believe I'll be free, or at least cheap.

I have an FR8 I would bring in 7.62x51/.308. Questionable about whether I can be there on Friday early enough but If I can anyone is welcome to shoot it. Thanks to Mountainbear the ejector is fixed from the last time I brought it a couple years ago.

If I can find the proper height front sight in time, I've got a BRNO sporting mauser in .308 Win/NATO that I'd have no problem leaving out for folks.

At the rate this is going, we may have to start the event Friday morning.
The enthusiasm is great, the offers to share ammo and arms is great, what more could one ask for? Perhaps a mobile wet bar with free well drinks for the whole gang?

I could also have a little bit of PPU / 7.5mm Swiss to donate if guys want to shoot the K31s.

Don't bother to bring any 6.5 Jap, I found out it is a training rifle made only for blanks, so live rounds would not be a good idea.

As long as I'm home by end of day the 7th, I could maybe make that weekend.

She'll care Jason, the ages between 10 and death are very emotional for girls, and they'll never forget that you opted to do what you want to do, rather than spend time with them. Once she's married and out of the house, you're semi-free to do as you please with no { almost } repercussions.
