KA is Kenya?

I had read that the KA serial number prefix was attributed to Kuwait. Here are a couple of pics of a receiver with the KA prefix and what appears to be the Kenya national crest. Was KA used for both Kuwait and Kenya?

I thought that was a Saudi Arabian FAL that the soldier in the pic is holding.

Both the Saudis and the Kuwaitis have used varous version of the crossed rifles / wreath coat of arms at times, so Kuwaiti rifles may have been procured from Saudi Arabia, or been part of the Saudi contract from FN.

I believe the one with the rifles, anchors, and wings is the coat of arms for the Kuwait armed force overall. One of the emblems the Kuwait NG has used:

Nowadays, Saudi Arabia mostly uses crossed sabres, not rifles.

Saudi G3s, which they make themselves under license. I believe their version of the "Gear logo" is the emblem of Military Industries Corporation of Riyadh, not a state coat of arms:

I would NOT put those crossed sabres on a FAL...that is the marking of a relatively recent G3 rifle, made in Saudi Arabia....not an FN made gun procured in the 1960s or 70s.

I believe the crossed rifles could be correct for a Saudi military crest of that time period. They have used it in various guises. *****EDITED***** After some further Google-Fu, my opinion is that Kuwait may have gotten these rifles from an FN Saudi contract, or directly from the Saudis. The "KA" looks like a secondary stamping to my eye.

A lot of Saudi metric FALs probably got used by the Sultan of Oman and British advisers in the Dhofar War against the commies. Go to 1:30 on the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGMX_oBpDKQ
