Gas tube/systems?

Are there significant differences between Israeli and Belgium gas tube lengths, diameter of gas pistons?

Izzy is longer tube, longer piston, shorter plug. Usually a type A regulator.
diameter is the same.

Early FN and Israeli the same length. Later FN, shorter.
