i'll wait, hell Magpul is now making 30 round AK74 mags that work great, got 2 a few months back for 13 bucks each.

They probably work pretty well. IIRC, this mag was the inspiration for Surefire's 60 rd. AR mag. The Russkies had 'em long before we did.

Lot of people are stocking them for around 90ish..Legion etc

On the AK files they main though right is they are pretty much range mags no steel any where in the mags not on the feed lips or locking lugs which is kinda of a worry with mags this heavy

Me I think they are cool but when you have military made 45 round mags that work for sale for less eh its a hard sell ..Now if they have metal locking lugs etc then yeah I have a stack of them

Pretty cool, but I have a lot of the proven 45 rounders already. Maybe if these were cheaper or more robust I might spring for one or two but not now. Shucks, I have a 60 round Surefire AR mag I loaded several years ago and have never fired!
