Baltimore

Normally If figure OK but the sentence seems a wee bit light. Since someone died in his bullshit, 20 years, just burn them. I know they were feeding on the scum there but what makes them then any better?

Well,

The city doesn't know how to stop crime without cops. The rabble of the city dont trust the cops but city hall wants crime reduction so they find more cops.

pigs are born in dirt, and tend to stay dirty for the rest of their sad lives.

Nonetheless you disgust me, and I take comfort in the knowledge that your obituary will be nowhere near as humorous as mine.

The next time I hear "THE RANGE IS NOW HOT", it just wont be the same.

Max tried another question. "What sort of people live about here?"
"In THAT direction," the Jin said, waving its right paw round, "lives a Han: And in THAT direction," waving the other paw, "lives a Ming Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad."
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Max remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Jin: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Max.
"You must be," said the Jin, "or you wouldn't have come here."

IMO this is an example of the highest crime...the violation of the public trust. Scrotes likes these need to be hauled directly out of the courthouse and shot on the street.

This case reads like the script of Training Day.

I wish him the best of luck. Cops fair poorly in prison. Crooked cops who wind up in prison next to those they put there usually fair even worse. I hope he survives his sentence.

BALTIMORE – Just before a wave of violence turned Baltimore into the nation’s deadliest big city, a curious thing happened to its police force: officers suddenly seemed to stop noticing crime.

Police officers reported seeing fewer drug dealers on street corners. They encountered fewer people who had open arrest warrants.

Police questioned fewer people on the street. They stopped fewer cars.

In the space of just a few days in spring 2015 – as Baltimore faced a wave of rioting after Freddie Gray, a black man, died from injuries he suffered in the back of a police van – officers in nearly every part of the city appeared to turn a blind eye to everyday violations. They still answered calls for help. But the number of potential violations they reported seeing themselves dropped by nearly half. It has largely stayed that way ever since.

“What officers are doing is they’re just driving looking forward. They’ve got horse blinders on,” says Kevin Forrester, a retired Baltimore detective.

Well,

The new Mayor and Police chief want targeted enforcement as long as they are only going after murders. Arresting dindus that have commited minor crimes isnt popular in Baltimore.

Broken window paradigm doesnt work in Baltimore as all the windows are broken.

I was thinking the exact same thing as I was reading the article.

I was born in Baltimore - and lived in an around there all my life until I moved to Arizona in 2001. It was a GREAT place growing up in the 50s and 60s.

Baltimore started its slow decent into a third world shithole shortly after Willie Don Schaefer stopped being the mayor. He moved on to be Governor and was great - and he brought NFL football back to Baltimore in the mid 90s.

Ever since then the inmates have been running the asylum (or zoo - take your pick). Baltimore deserves exactly what its getting - the product of years and years of Democrat Socialism. It breaks my heart!

The ONLY good thing left in Baltimore (or Maryland for that matter) is the Atlantic Blue Crab steamed to perfection in Old Bay seasoning. Other than that I wouldn't give you a used roll of toilet paper for anything, anyone or any place south of the Mason Dixon line and north of the Potomac river (i.e. Maryland and the District of Columbia)!

Just another example of what happens, when you do not do the right thing.

It catches up with you, almost always. It also usually takes a long, long, time for karma and justice to hit, amid the trail of damaged and innocent bodies.

Only one person can keep a secret; THAT is also on display here.

As long as there are still decent/honest persons, who will stand up and do the right thing, in any setting, bad guys will continue to have bad outcomes, over the long run.

Seth Rich, Victor Thorne, and the victims of the Las Vegas shooting, all await justice.

Protect yourself, be VERY judgemental, and do not become a victim if possible. Trust no one. Part of God's training program here, IS TO WAKEUP and not be a naieve trusting snowflake, trusting in God or some earth gaia to protect you. Only intutition, common sense, Colt and S&W, can protect an honest person in the first instance.

So, in Baltimore if a person committs a crime and there’s no cops around to report it to, has a crime been committed?

The Baltimore Police Department wasted no time in suspending an officer just hours after an incident caught on video showed him repeatedly punching a suspect Saturday.

In the video, the suspect can be heard saying "So what? Don't touch me," and the officer immediately starts throwing more than a dozen punches at the man, who does not fight back. He tackles him onto a stoop and knees him once, but continues to punch the man.

After he is tackled to the ground, he can be seen bleeding from his mouth as the two officers hold him to the ground and arrest him.
