Hey DSA—can you make monthly posts to this thread detailing the stock status of each receiver type you offer? Use a format like:

Type 1
Carry handle cut
IN STOCK or UNAVAILABLE
FAL Files price: $XXX.XX
Quantity available: ####

Type 2
Carry handle cut
IN STOCK or UNAVAILABLE
FAL Files price: $XXX.XX
Quantity available: ####

Please email ???@dsarms.com to order.

You get the idea. By keeping this transparent, you're easier to buy from. Thanks!

My buddy just called 2 weeks ago to buy a receiver and was told this.
Type I: Out of Stock, expected back in stock in several weeks
Type II: Out of Stock, expected back in stock in 6 months or more

Does anyone have an update on the L1A1 receivers? I ordered one in January and have not heard anything. I was told, "Sometime in March."

With DSA you never know. "Sometime in March." to them can mean maybe November or March 2013.

I called DSA on 7/12 for availibility on a L1a1 receiver and was told that they will not have them untill Oct.

I'm putting my money on never....... even if they do & the quality is like the latest ones.....you are better off with a Hesse.

So if I ever want my Aussie kit built, I need to find a used receiver or have the kit made on a metric?

As of yesterday they have type 1's in stock.
