NFL Kneeler now arrested for Domestic Violence and Cali Illegal SBR

So much for the peace and love of the NFL kneeling.

San Francisco 49ers Player Arrested For Domestic Violence

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested Sunday for allegedly committing domestic violence and having illegal weapons.

According to the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department Ö Foster was arrested Sunday morning after cops responded to a welfare check and possible disturbance call. They say the 49ers star was arrested without incident.

He was booked on three separate charges ó domestic violence, threats and possession of an assault weapon. No further details were immediately available.

Well, this isnít good for anybody involved. Foster also infamously took a knee to protest the police, and now heís been accused of harming a woman.

Itís pretty hard to reconcile how he can be so against the police, and has now been arrested on very serious charges. The 49ers likely donít have a choice here. They have to cut him. He had previously been arrested over weed, which isnít a big deal in the eyes of the NFL or the fans. However, the league is trying to clean up its image, and allowing men who allegedly beat women wonít be tolerated. The Ray Rice incident forced the NFL to aggressively pursue change when it comes to dealing with players arrested for charges related to violence against women.

Guess he had a SIG 516 SBR he wasn't supposed to have in Cali as well:

Reuben Foster had SIG Sauer 516 short-barreled rifle at time of arrest

San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested on Sunday, and booked on charges of domestic violence, making a criminal threat, and possession of an assault weapon. San Jose Mercury News reporters Patrick May and Robert Salonga are reporting the weapons charge was based on Foster having a SIG Sauer 516 short-barreled rifle.

According to May and Salonga, the alleged victim told the police Foster had, ďat least two AR-15 weapons in the house.Ē Sources told the Merc the police found the 516 during a search of the house.

May and Salonga broke down the details of the weapon in the article linked above, and also explained how it might be illegal in California. California bans certain guns based on a variety of potential modifications. The laws were expanded after the San Bernardino shooting, going into effect this year, but I donít fully grasp all the nuances of Californiaís assault weapons ban. Five years ago, Steph put together this rundown of the issue after Aldon Smithís arrest. It is outdated, but still offers some helpful insight.

Considering that it's California, it's probably a slingshot.

Allegedly.

ALLEGEDLY.

He hasn't been convicted of anything yet.

So-called 'professional' sportsball players are the scum on the bottom of the outside of the barrel, but even they should be allowed due process. He hasn't been convicted of anything.

Oh, wait, I forgot which country I live in for a minute there. How silly of me. OF COURSE he should lose his job and any prospects for a future. After all, he's a man, therefor he is always guilty, no matter what, if he's accused by a vagina owner.

Well, as should be apparent, there is only one thing to do with him: execution. No mere male should be allowed to live after offending a woman, no matter how slight the offense is.

And there is another reason that you don't marry, don't live with one, don't even allow one to know WHERE you live or your real name.

Hmmm,

I was hoping it was Kapernic, the irony would be so sweet. The man should be given due process and pay his lawyer well.

The next time I hear "THE RANGE IS NOW HOT", it just wont be the same.

Max tried another question. "What sort of people live about here?"
"In THAT direction," the Jin said, waving its right paw round, "lives a Han: And in THAT direction," waving the other paw, "lives a Ming Hare. Visit either you like: they're both mad."
"But I don't want to go among mad people," Max remarked.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the Jin: "we're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad."
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Max.
"You must be," said the Jin, "or you wouldn't have come here."

More than an assault weapon if it is an SBR. Title II stuff has been extremely limited if not totally unavailable in POC for many decades IIRC.

Wonder if he will be charged relative to unregistered Title II items.
