Potential terror attack on Trump - averted?

Antifa or The Usual Suspects parked a truck with about 1,000 gallons of gasoline in a parking garage very near to where Trump is planned to visit.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...-trumps-visit/

The article says 'van' but I don't know of any 'van' with a 10,000 pound payload unless it's one of those big Sprinter type vans. But not sure those can clear the low ceiling of a parking garage...

I heard about this. I called my Congress critters and DEMANDED more sensible GASOLINE CONTROL: All gas tanks in vehicles must be no larger than five gallons, all gasoline and diesel purchases must be approved by the local traffic authority and no sale can be approved within 5 days of application, no gas containers outside of a vehicle is allowed to be filled, no vehicles with gas in their tanks can drive past skewls, no vehicles with gas in them will be allowed to be left unattended and parked in any public parking lot or street or at any sporting event or business where they sell alcohol, all gas caps must have gummint approved locks that only the owner of the vehicle can unlock with the car's Gas Cap Unlock Card and the owner's retina scan, such retina scan device must be attached on every vehicle within the next three months or the owner, the dealer, the state and the manufacturer will be fined DAILY, anyone who is responsible for causing an accident with their vehicle while it has gas it in will be subject to arrest, confiscation of the vehicle, immediate suspension of their driver's license and privilege to drive, immediately sued by the other person(s) in the collision and loss of their job, no chirrun will be allowed to be transported in any vehicle with gas in it and of course other common sense gas control ideas as they come from my vast reservoir of commons sense ideas.

Should I run for Congress in a marxist-based, non-Constitutional state?

I suspect the 1000 gallons is a bit of Police exaggeration.
They probably aren't 'math guys'.

And gasoline only weighs about 6lbs/gallon.

Nope you're off by about 20% on the specific gravity of the carbon isomer fraction that makes up gasoline. Liquid uncompressed hydrocarbons are only about 10% lighter than water. So in comparison you are off by 40% if you had to make real world comparisons of published data relative to the mass. Water has more data.

You must be a cop?

A gallon of gasoline, also known as petrol, weighs approximately 6 pounds. Depending on the composition of the gasoline, its specific gravity can vary between 0.71 and 0.77, and thus its weight can slightly vary as well.

........

Taking into consideration that the specific gravity of gasoline can be anything between 0.71 and 0.77, the weight of a gallon of gasoline can also vary between 5.93 pounds and 6.43 pounds.

Yeah but ya didn't add the weight of the vehicle. That's where the popo gets their cut. Exaggeration doesn't matter anymore.

Somebody paid for that gasoline; Soros? Hillary? Antifa is financed by Soros.

I actually suspect AOC, and her gang of 4.

Honestly, I think it was just a few gas thieves cruising parking garages pumping gas out of other vehicles when nobody was looking. Quite a bit of that in the big cities. Park next to another car and start pumping. Heard of truckers doing that in truck stop lots.

You know what it weighs but nothing about how to convert to heat and pressure. Typical facile Juanni depth of understanding.

Well, the issue was if a van did contain 1000 gals of gas, and if the van could carry the weight.

But if you would like to move the discussion to thermodynamics, I will dig out my college books on the subject.

It is Vgoof, it can never be the most simple, logical assumption, but instead a heinous international terrorist plot by muslims/Nazis and funded by Soros or whomever he has on the brain this week.

"Ahh yeah, give one of those white packages of gasoline."

Nobody buys gasoline in packages. Are they going to sell gasoline at $1.00 a gallon? Not likely. It was a muslim bomb.
