Show us your FAL/L1A1 and HiPower combo!
I'll start out with my Aussie receiver/barrel playing dressup as a well worn Brit..

The Hi-Power in my picture is Argentine (originally for a Chilean contract, as it has the defaced property mark "Carabineros de Chile") and it says on the slide "Licencia FN-Browning." As for countries, Rhodesia certainly used the Hi Power combined with both the SLR and FAL and Zimbabwe after Rhodesia's fall. I believe South Africa did as well, as did Belgium and Congo-Leopoldville. I know other countries used the combination as well. |

My Century L1A1 on a type 3 metric receiver (made in Canada) with metric non-bipod cut handguards. I have the original inch wood handguards still, I just prefer these when shooting. Along with my Argy Hi-Power. Neither one is pretty or 'original' but they are both fine shooters.

just my .02 goes with my 16.5 para for a complete compact package. |

Can I play?
Aussie SLR "Bitch" clone with Argy Hi-Power w/Canadian holster. The FAL is built on an Imbel "Made In Canada" receiver with Inch parts from many nations, and with the pistol/holster combo, this is definitely a multi-nation display!
